Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Neurosurgical)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a neurosurgical operating room setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Perform and assist with complex neurosurgical procedures including craniotomies and complex spine surgeries
• Float to other services within the main OR based on unit needs
• Participate in on-call rotation, including one on-call shift per week and one weekend on-call per six-week schedule
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum of one year of Operating Room RN experience
• Full competency in neurosurgical procedures including craniotomies and complex spine
• Ability to participate in on-call and occasional weekend on-call requirements
• Proficiency with Epic charting system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or large acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with floating across multiple OR service lines
• Prior travel nursing experience in a surgical or perioperative environment
