About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to spearhead the next phase of its organizational growth and evolution. The successful candidate will be a hands-on HR executive with a proven track record in building and enhancing HR capabilities within dynamic, multi-site environments. This role is pivotal in modernizing and optimizing HR operations, strengthening leadership and talent pipelines, and supporting the company's acquisition-driven growth. The CHRO will be a close strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, overseeing the full HR function, including employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, HR operations, and organizational culture initiatives. Key responsibilities for the CHRO include strengthening organizational capability and HR infrastructure, building scalable talent pipelines and succession strategies, leading multi-site HR operations, and driving employee engagement, retention, and leadership development. The ideal candidate will have experience as the top HR executive, multi-location leadership experience in high-growth or PE-backed organizations, and a background in B2B service, retail, distribution, logistics, hospitality, food service, manufacturing, or related operational environments. The role demands an individual with strong operational HR leadership, strategic capability, and the ability to build trust, influence executives, and lead through growth and change.
