As a fast-growing, AI-first company at the intersection of technology, branding, and startups, Atom is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to run paid media as its own end-to-end function. The Role We\'re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own the entire paid media operation: strategy, technical setup, execution, and optimization. This is a mid-level role, but the scope is real ownership. You\'ll be the person who understands the technical backbone of every campaign, from platform and event setup to analytics and A/B testing, across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and emerging AI/chat advertising platforms. You should be someone who\'s drawn to the technical side of marketing and wants to run the whole show rather than manage a piece of someone else\'s process. What You\'ll Do Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and emerging AI/chat platforms Set up and maintain platform configurations, event tracking, and conversion pixels across all channels Run technical audits to identify tracking gaps, attribution issues, or setup problems Build and manage a structured A/B testing program across creative, audience, and campaign structure Own reporting and analytics, translating data into clear optimization decisions Direct creative testing and collaborate with the creative team on new formats and messaging Evaluate and pilot new channels, including AI-driven platforms, as they become viable Use AI tools to streamline workflow and speed up campaign execution What We\'re Looking For 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, paid social, or performance advertising, including hands-on technical work Demonstrated experience owning platform setup, event tracking, and analytics implementation, not just managing budgets Track record of running structured A/B tests and using the results to drive real optimization Comfortable working across a wide, evolving set of ad platforms Strong analytical ability and fluency in GA4 or comparable analytics tools High ownership mindset: capable of running the full paid media function independently Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow Bonus: experience building out paid media programs from scratch, or working in a startup environment Why This Role is Different Full ownership of paid media as a function, not a slice of a larger team\'s process Exposure to emerging ad channels ahead of most marketers Direct collaboration with founders and leadership on marketing strategy Clear path to grow the function and team as Atom scales Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
