Purely Driven.Position Summary Since 1997, our factory has been a leading producer of the nation's cat litter supply. Located on Tidy Cat Road, our 40-acre plant site is seamlessly connected to a clay mine, enabling efficient mining, processing, packaging, and shipping. Operating around the clock, we mass produce conventional and clumping cat litter, supplying the mid-Atlantic region with nearly a third of a million tons annually. Our culture of continuous improvement drives Tidy Cats® product innovations, revolutionizing the cat litter category with LightWeight® litter, combining strength with half the weight. We’re also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Bring your talents to our King William plant where we collaborate to meet every challenge successfully and collectively. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage, lead, and coordinate activities of your team to maximize performance, minimize costs, maintain quality, and endorse safety and operating standards. You will also be responsible for coaching, training and developing your team members all while maintaining daily maintenance projects, preventative maintenance, and repair work. You will also be leading your team to achieve continuous improvement and/ or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives. This position will be on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). Coordinate installation and maintenance of equipment in the most efficient manner Schedule maintenance projects in collaboration with production and engineering departments Ensure that all members of the maintenance department are properly trained in safety procedures and Total Quality Maintenance Provide guidance and coaching, employee scheduling, evaluation and development for team members Confer with Maintenance Manager on establishing and receiving quality assurance standards Recommend strategies for efficient operation of maintenance department, including implementation of projects and budget modifications Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1+ years of people leadership experience 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, military or related environment The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000-$123,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
