Position Overview

This role is designed for individuals looking to break into the insurance and financial services industry through lead generation. No insurance license is required to start - but for those who thrive in this role, we offer resources and support to help you become licensed

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify potential insurance customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, local events, and referral activity.
• Customer Engagement: Start meaningful conversations to build interest in State Farm products like Life insurance, auto, home, and renters.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule in-person or phone appointments for our licensed sales team to complete insurance consultations.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the agent and team to achieve daily and weekly lead generation goals .
• Customer Outreach: You'll engage with prospects by phone, text, email, and in person as appropriate.
• Commitment to Success: Maintain high energy, professionalism, and daily focus on results.
