Are you an operational leader who loves Jesus? New Horizons is a faith-based non-profit seeking a dedicated Operations Manager. In this role, you will keep our students safe, manage daily logistics of transportation, coordinate facility repairs and train staff in all safety protocols. You will ensure our ministry runs smoothly and securely every day.

Your Mission

• Protect Our Students: Design, implement, and oversee all safety protocols.
• Lead Transportation: Manage our vehicle fleet and coordinate safe student transit.
• Maintain Facilities: Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships.
• Build Readiness: Lead regular safety drills (fire, weather, intruder) for staff and students.
• Train Leaders: Coordinate and track CPR, First Aid, and vehicle safety training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health and safety management or related field
• 3+ years experience in operations management, logistics, or facility leadership.
• 5+ years experience in safety related field
• 5+ years of staff supervisory experience
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (Instructor certified is a major plus).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle safety regulations and fleet maintenance.
• CDL Class B with School bus endorsement preferred - must be willing to drive
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and driving record review.
