Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time in Cicero – IL We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Insurance Producer to join our team. You will provide excellent customer service, build and maintain client relationships, and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses. The position offers a competitive base salary and a commission structure that rewards sales achievements. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable policy recommendations. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for individuals and businesses to determine coverage requirements. Develop and maintain client relationships, providing ongoing support and addressing concerns. Generate leads and secure new business opportunities via phone, email, and in‑person meetings. Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms and coverage options on behalf of clients. Prepare and present insurance proposals, clearly explaining policy details, benefits, and pricing. Process policy applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, regulations, and product changes to provide accurate advice. Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and generating revenue. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policies, and sales activities in the CRM system. Requirements Possess a valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building trust and rapport with clients. Ability to analyze risks accurately and provide appropriate coverage solutions. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
