Healthcare Logistics & Compliance Manager (Respiratory Services)
Based in: Eau Claire Area, WI

What you’ll do
Guide daily branch operations for a group of ~4–5 employees, setting expectations and coaching for results.
Pitch in on deliveries of respiratory equipment to patients and healthcare facilities; instruct recipients on safe usage and care.
Build schedules, set on-call rotations, and design efficient driving routes.
Control inventory and ensure equipment is returned promptly after use.
Own compliance with FDA, Board of Pharmacy, DOT, and related regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager on performance reviews, feedback, and development plans.
Champion a culture of service, accountability, and operational excellence.

What you bring
Background leading drivers, delivery teams, branch operations, logistics, or similar environments.
Readiness to help with deliveries when needed.
Current state-issued driver’s license.
Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements .
Strong people leadership, communication, and customer service orientation.
Ability to balance hands-on work with oversight and coaching.
Authentic commitment to improving customers’ quality of life.
Pre-employment requirement (verbatim)
Ability to successfully complete a motor vehicle records check, drug test, and DOT physical
