Dove Healthcare is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Director to keep our Eau Claire West campus running safely, smoothly, and efficiently! Make a Difference Every Day As our Maintenance Director, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are exactly alike. On call rotation is required for this role. You’ll be responsible for: Keeping the facility in top shape through preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements Troubleshooting and performing professional-level maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general construction Handling painting, repairs, and upkeep both inside and outside the facility Conducting routine tests, inspections, and safety checks on facility systems Maintaining and updating fire, disaster, and emergency preparedness plans Helping ensure our building remains safe, comfortable, functional, and ready for whatever the day brings What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with a strong working knowledge of building maintenance who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting things done.
