Candidate will be placed with a skilled roofer lead, and or team. Any roofing specifics can be taught. We're looking for someone who can effectively lead a crew, communicate with customers, and team members, stay organized, and take ownership of the job.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage field crewsCommunicate professionally with customers, crew members, and managementEnsure crews are on time, prepared, and productiveComplete paperwork, job documentation, and tablet workMonitor job progress and communicate issues to managementPromote a safe, organized, and professional jobsiteHold crews accountable for quality, safety, and productivityQualificationsStrong leadership and communication skillsReliable, punctual, and accountableComfortable using a tablet and basic technologyOrganized and able to manage multiple responsibilitiesProfessional attitude and strong work ethicWillingness to learn roofing and company proceduresDriver's license required with a clean recordTecta offers a comprehensive benefits packageMedicalDentalVision401(k) with company matchPaid time offRoofing experience and Spanish are a plus but not required.
