This role will o versee daily inventory management and logistics functions. Non-exempt role; Reports to Manager; Performs a variety of routine duties within established policies. Schedule: 5/8s No per diem available Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 5+ years in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or warehouse-adjacent roles Experience supporting projects, maintenance, or industrial turnarounds Import/export coordination experience with customs brokers and documentation Site-based or industrial environment experience with competing priorities Must have excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, customer service, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Extensive knowledge of DOT shipping regulations and procedures Proficient with Google Workspace or related software Proficiency with enterprise resource planning and computerized distribution systems Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy Comply with company and client job site safety requirements Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace Functional Requirements: Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments involving inventory; verify and record incoming merchandise or material and arrange for the transportation of products; may prepare items for shipment; monitor inventory via an enterprise resource planning system or similar control system; prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials; record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes; analyze inventory procedures; recommend updates and improvements to the logistics team; examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy; performs other related duties as assigned Compensation Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
