The program manages 1,400 to 1,500 annual admissions, providing advanced, evidence-based care in a high-volume, collaborative environment alongside neonatologists, dual-boarded specialists, and research nurses.Key ResponsibilitiesManage care for critically ill and premature newborns within a high-acuity Level III NICU and Special Care Nursery.Deliver individualized, complex care as part of an elite multidisciplinary team.Support newborn stabilization, initial treatment planning, and continuous intensive care management.Work 24-hour shifts with scheduling flexibility included.RequirementsMaster's degree or higher in Nursing (MSN).Current APRN national specialty certification (NNP).Neonatology training/fellowship (Strict requirement, no exemptions).Active Georgia medical license, or willingness to obtain (Highly Preferred).Active DEA license (Required prior to start date).Recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days active) required for presentation.Clear disclosure of any visa support needs (J1/H1B).Clean malpractice and licensing history is highly preferred.Note: New graduates with formal neonatal fellowship training are welcome to apply.
