Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency room setting.
• Coordinate triage activities with a focus on priority patient assessment and care.
• Effectively manage ER holds and collaborate with inpatient RNs as needed.
• Utilize Epic EMR for efficient patient documentation and communication.
• Work collaboratively with ED Techs and inpatient CNAs for 1:1 patient care support.
• Comply with scheduling needs including weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Current WA or Compact RN License or willingness to obtain.
• Active ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications.
• Minimum one year of experience in a larger trauma or acute care setting.
• Proficient in using Epic Electronic Medical Records system.
• Ability to manage and prioritize care for a diverse range of patients including cardiac, respiratory, and mental health cases.
• Strong skills in collaborative care planning and emergency response.
