As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Service Patrol in Richardson, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and assist visitors and staff with professional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to use clear communication and integrity while working with a caring, reliable team focused on a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location procedures, helping to support a controlled and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and follow-up needs to Allied Universal leadership and location contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
