Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Experience with patient populations in skilled nursing facility, assisted living, and outpatient settings.
• Experience with NetHealth.
