Sr. Cost Accountant

Guided by our commitment to Building Tomorrow , we combine innovation, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture to shape the future of technology manufacturing Were seeking an experienced Senior Cost Accountant to support our expanding advanced manufacturing operations in Central Texas. This role will be responsible for standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, financial close activities, and reporting across multiple entities. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing cost-accounting experience and can partner effectively with Finance and Operations to improve cost visibility and business performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage standard costing processes, including labor, overhead, material cost pools, and annual inventory revaluation Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances and partner with Operations to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities Oversee inventory accounting, cycle counts, physical inventory, reserves, scrap tracking, and BOM/routing validation Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting Assist with financial reporting, consolidations, and intercompany accounting across multiple entities What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on manufacturing, cost accounting, or financial reporting Hands-on experience with standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis ERP experience required; SAP or S/4HANA strongly preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment If you are an experienced cost-accounting professional ready to make an impact within a growing advanced manufacturing organization, we would love to hear from you!
