Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking a Business Analyst. Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and ongoing collaboration
Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements for development teams
Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements and future-state solutions
Facilitate communication between business, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Develop process flows, documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams to support design and implementation efforts
Support testing efforts including test case creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of deliverables
Assist in change management efforts including training, documentation, and user adoption support
Perform data analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and validate assumptions using tools such as SQL or reporting platforms
Provide ongoing support for business applications, troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes
To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
