This full-time contract opportunity is for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, seeking an SLP who's looking to make a daily difference in students' lives. Ready to hire an SLP-CCC or strong Clinical Fellow (CFY); SLPAs may also be considered for future spring positions. All services are provided onsite-collaborate closely with other dedicated education professionals in a supportive setting.


Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm for pediatric therapy and a passion for fostering student achievement. School-based experience is highly valued.


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Texas SLP license or eligibility
• SLP-CCC or strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
• Previous work in public school settings preferred
• Pediatric caseload experience is required
• Comfortable delivering therapy in-person, full days only
• Committed to providing comprehensive services-not limited to assessment or supervision

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students, on site
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student support
• Document progress in compliance with IDEA and district standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
• Engage in professional development to further expertise in school-based care

Scheduling Options:

• Full-time (standard school hours, M-F)
• Part-time considered (must be available for 2, 3, or 4 full days per week)
