Mobile Phlebotomist

Job Details The candidate is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and collecting medical history. Paid per appointment/event; not hourly or salary paid. Bi-Weekly Pay. Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment. Responsibilities Travel to specified locations to obtain samples. Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs. Gather mandatory information from patients and verify their identities. Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history. Accurately label all samples. Maintain accurate patient records, including detailing any medical issues experienced by patients during venipuncture that may affect test results. Minimum Requirements Proven, experienced phlebotomist. Valid driver’s license. Excellent customer service & communication skills. Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI law. Detail-oriented and sound organizational skills. Professional, responsible, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship. Reliable transportation is a must.
