Director of Technology Operations

Position Title: Technology Operations Director Primary Location: Chicago, IL (On-site 5 days per week) Position Type: Full-Time Must be US Citizen or Green Card OVERV IEWA Technology Operations Director to lead the operational backbone of a fast-growing wealth management technology organization. This role goes well beyond traditional project management — you'll run the tech team's operating rhythm, manage IT finance and vendor relationships, drive cybersecurity and compliance readiness, and ensure every partner firm has a best-in‑class technology experience.
