Senior Dotnet Developer

Overview Infosys is seeking a Senior Dotnet Developer . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Responsibilities Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across SDLC stages including Requirements Elicitation, Architecture Definition and Design. Create high level design artifacts and deliver high quality code deliverables for a module. Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Contribute to a learning culture with teamwork, collaboration, excellence, and diversity. Required Qualifications Candidate must be located within driving distance or willing to relocate to Hartford, CT. This position may require travel to project/client locations in the US. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. At least 4 years of development experience on C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, SSIS, SSRS and SQL Server. Strong knowledge of .NET web framework. Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills. Participation in project review meetings with the client and regular updates to offshore teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Healthcare Industry is preferred. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Additional Information The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
