Sales Rep – Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram – Chicago Located on north side of Chicago, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Rep to join our team. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, providing exceptional service, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. (1 year minimum) Our Sales/Product Representati ve assist our customers in their car buying journey. From the initial point of contact, to the time they drive off the lot with their new vehicle - our goal is to ensure the customer has the information they need to have an enjoyable and easy car buying experience! No commission means no pressure for you or your customer. What does a typical day look like? Engaging with the customers via phone, email, text or in-person to determine where the customers are on their buying journey and any additional information they need to complete the purchase Completing product demonstrations Working with inventory and the acquisition team to uncover the market value of the customer’s trade appraisal Determining and explaining purchase terms to customers- price of vehicle, payments, length of loan Staying in contact with customers you’ve met to ensure their questions are answered and they had a great experience We encourage you to apply if: You have experience in retail sales, hospitality, restaurant, or any customer facing role.
