Senior Manager, HTA, Value and Evidence (HV&E), Genitourinary Cancer

Senior Manager role within Pfizer's Health Technology Assessment and Value & Evidence team, focused on developing evidence and reimbursement strategies for genitourinary cancer treatments. Responsible for executing health economics studies, managing real-world evidence generation, and collaborating across oncology functions to demonstrate product value and optimize patient access globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global HTA Value & Evidence strategy in partnership with cross-functional oncology teams
- Manage health economics and outcomes research studies, registries, and non-interventional studies demonstrating value propositions
- Lead creation and updates of global value dossiers, economic models, and innovative tools for stakeholder communication
- Develop real-world evidence generation strategies and oversee implementation to support brand differentiation
- Coordinate with country and regional access teams on evidence needs and disseminate findings via publications and conferences
Requirements
- Graduate degree (MSc, MPH, PhD, DrPH) in health economics, health services research, epidemiology, or related field
- 2+ years HEOR experience with MSc/MPH/MBA; 1+ year with PharmD/PhD/DrPH in HEOR or related disciplines
- Advanced expertise in health economics, patient-reported outcomes, research design, statistical analysis, and epidemiology
- Strong project management capabilities including budgeting, contracting, and vendor oversight
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing small teams in matrix environments with ability to influence peers
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities and significant budgets
Compensation: $139,100-$231,900 base salary, plus 17.5% bonus target and long-term share-based incentives
