The format: 20 women pop balloons to reveal themselves to Pointer in a live "Pop the Balloon" style event. Pointer selects one woman as his city's finalist. The prize: Every city finalist wins an all-expenses-paid trip to Los Angeles to compete in the live finale — where Pointer picks the one! Rate: Unpaid for general participants — only 1 finalist (selected by Pointer) from each city wins the paid trip to LA for the finale.
