Customer Relations Specialist – Part or Full Time

Are you looking for a part- or full-time opportunity that lets you connect with people while building valuable skills? We are seeking a personable and motivated Customer Relations Specialist to support our customers and create a positive first impression. In this role, you will route requests and answer questions by phone, in person, and through text and email.

Our Customer Relations Specialists earn a competitive base salary with the potential to earn additional performance-based pay. There is no limit to the amount of performance pay you can earn, as it is based on the number of outbound calls you make and appointments you set.

Responsibilities

• High-volume of inbound/outbound calls (80–120 outbound calls/day)
• Focused on booking appointments and converting leads
• Call center or phone sales experience preferred

• Schedule appointments for specialists to meet with homeowners about their home improvement projects
• Create an inviting, inspiring atmosphere that helps guests visualize their project by maintaining a clean, organized showroom and workspace
• Work occasional in-person events to set appointments and provide a positive customer experience
• Build and nurture strong professional connections with customers, earning their trust and respect through consistent and reliable communication
• Assist with other office-related duties as needed

Requirements

· Customer service experience involving contact with customers on the phone and in person

· Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft applications, customer databases, and scheduling software; ability to navigate multiple windows, screens, and programs; and ability to learn new programs quickly

· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills
