Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Description
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors and suppliers.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with operational needs.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide guidance and support on procurement best practices to internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- A strong background in procurement, particularly within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
- Proven skills in supplier negotiation and relationship management.
- Experience with procurement systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
