This is an in-person, school-based position supporting students in public school districts.**Responsibilities:*** Provide direct speech-language therapy to students* Support implementation of IEPs and complete documentation* Collaborate with supervising SLPs and the school special education team* Deliver services in compliance with district and state guidelines**Requirements:*** Active Washington State DOH SLPA license (or willingness to obtain immediately)* Completion of 100 clinical hours* Completion of an SLPA program or a Bachelor's degree in a related field* Must complete fingerprinting/background check prior to start* School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required**Benefits and Perks:*** Paid sick leave* Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision)\** 401(k) with employer match\** Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate* Reimbursement for CEUs, licensure, and other professional costs* General and professional liability insurance* Referral bonuses* Paid volunteer time and donation matching for nonprofits\** No non-compete clauses\*Benefits available for employees working at 0.8 FTE or higher**Why Join Ampersand Therapy?** Ampersand Therapy is a local, women- and therapist-operated company founded by providers who understand what it’s like to work in schools.
