Precision Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled and ambitious Endodontist to join our thriving dental group. This is a premier "turn-key" opportunity designed for a clinician who desires full clinical autonomy without the administrative burdens of practice management. You will walk into an immediate, high-volume referral base from nine established general practice offices in a market with significant unmet demand. This role is specifically designed to transition into practice ownership within 6 to 12 months.

We handle all HR, billing, accounts payable, and facilities management, allowing you to focus entirely on your patients and your craft.

Endodontist

Clinical Procedures: Perform all traditional endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy, re-treatments, and surgical endodontic options.
Quality Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of clinical quality and patient care as the primary focus of the practice.
Referral Management: Collaborate effectively with our network of general dentists to manage a high-volume internal and external referral pipeline.
Clinical Autonomy: Exercise complete independent clinical judgment regarding patient diagnoses and treatment plans.

full-time $250,000 - $500,000 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Guaranteed Minimum: A daily minimum of $1,500.
- Production Bonus: 50% of adjusted production.

Path to Ownership: Ownership opportunities available in 6–12 months with the option for in-house financing.

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Weekends: Closed

Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Specialization: Completion of a CODA-accredited Endodontic residency program.
Licensure: Valid license to practice dentistry in the state of California.
Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining ethical standards and clinical excellence.

Leadership: An interest in practice ownership and long-term career growth within the Central Valley.
Experience: Ability to handle complex surgical endodontic cases and re-treatments efficiently.
