Position Overview: A modern dental facility is seeking a dedicated practitioner to manage expanding patient care needs as the owner steps away from chairside operations. The role involves delivering high quality treatments within an established and growing patient base.
Core Duties: Deliver comprehensive standard treatments including diagnostic assessments, restorative fills, crown and bridge services, dental extractions, and endodontic procedures. Conduct routine hygiene evaluations and guide patient oral health strategies.
Team Dynamics: Collaborate alongside an experienced administrative and clinical support crew to ensure effective operational workflows.
Community Integration: Serve a broad local community using advanced digital tools and updated infrastructure while participating in upcoming community service care expansions.

part-time $165,000 - $250,000 per year

Pay is dependent on experience with daily guarantee option or production metrics

Degree Requirement: DDS or DMD from a CODA accredited dental school

Clinical Competencies: Proficiency in restorative procedures, crown and bridge treatments, extractions, endodontics, and hygiene examinations

Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
