Automation & Platform Engineer

Salary: $70,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• We want someone with a proven history of building and shipping real automations, tools, or platforms, with concrete examples we can review.
• We need strong hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, webhooks, and workflow or systems integration.
• You should be able to take an idea from concept to completion and stay accountable for debugging and fixes when issues arise.
• We value clear, effective communication with non-technical teammates.
• Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages are a major advantage.
• Experience in mortgage, real estate, lending, fintech, or other fast-moving, compliance-heavy environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with mortgage and lending systems such as Encompass, Optimal Blue, LOS platforms, pricing engines, CRMs, or document systems is beneficial.
• Experience with tools like Retool, Bubble, Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is also a plus.

• You will automate manual work so our team can move faster.
• You will build AI-powered tools across sales, operations, marketing, document handling, and client experience.
• You will create clean integrations so data and workflows move across the company without re-entering information.
• You will develop client-facing tools that make real estate investing easier to understand and act on.
• You will design the systems and foundation that help us scale, building rather than maintaining.
• You will work directly with leadership to help make our company dramatically faster, smarter, and more efficient.
