Program Technician
ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a full-time Program Technician for Vermont's Application Document Processing Center.
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Location: 152 S. Main St. Waterbury, VT 05671
Non-exempt Hourly Rate: $23.28
Core Responsibilities:
The Vermont Application Document Processing Center is looking for an organized, conscientious, and detail-oriented team player to join the office. This role involves administrative and technical work. The ideal applicant has excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and is committed to maintaining accurate and complete records
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and open the mail.
- Create batches and scan documents into OnBase.
- Electronically indexing the documents to the appropriate case file.
- Taking inventory, ordering supplies, and postage funds
- Any other required tasks.
- Processing documents within the two-day window.
- Accurate routing of the documents.
