Director of Observability, Incident Response & Reliability

Netspend seeks a visionary Director – Observability, Response & Reliability (ORR) to lead a world-class SRE and observability practice across its global fintech platform. You will own the end-to-end reliability strategy, implement AIOps, and drive proactive incident management, embedding resilience across cloud infrastructure and payment rails. You will build and scale India-based ORR capabilities, establish SLIs/SLOs, drive DR simulations, and partner with security and FinOps teams to balance #J-18808-Ljbffr Netspend
