About the Job BLISS Car Wash Customer Service Associate (Full & Part Time) - $500 Sign-On Bonus. Pay: $16.90 - $19.00/hour + possible commission. Why BLISS? - Safely load vehicles onto the conveyor.
- Prep vehicles according to company standards.
- Inspect & wipe down vehicles to ensure BLISS-level quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site.
- Support team members to keep operations running smoothly.
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc).
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Indoor and outdoor work.
- Exposure to changing weather conditions.
- Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure.
- Fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in varying weather conditions.
- Flexible hours based on business needs.
- Reports to Site Manager.
