Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

For the 26-27 school year, we are seeking a dedicated, in-person Occupational Therapist committed to supporting a diverse student population three days per week. This contract position offers the chance to work closely with educators, students, and families to foster growth and independence within a vibrant school environment.

Ideal candidates will possess solid experience in school-based OT services and be passionate about working collaboratively to meet a wide range of developmental and educational needs.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L) with eligibility to practice in Oregon
• Previous experience providing Occupational Therapy services within K-12 school settings
• Strong understanding of IEPs, goal development, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities, ages, and backgrounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork with teachers, staff, and families
• Skilled in delivering both direct and consultative OT support for fine motor, sensory, and functional needs

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Support students’ optimal participation in school activities through targeted intervention
• Collaborate with special education teams on IEP development, implementation, and review
• Engage in regular communication with parents, caregivers, and educators on student progress
• Maintain detailed records of student sessions, goals, and outcomes
