WK Medical Center Behavioral Medicine Behavioral Med-Nursing Shreveport, LA Allied Health Full-Time, Day Willis Knighton Behavioral Medicine is in search of a Technician/Nursing Assistant to join our team. The Nursing Assistant is responsible for administering direct patient care and performing any other duties deemed necessary to ensure optimal patient care and physician service, under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Key Responsibilities Assisting with ambulation Dressing and undressing patients Changing bed linen Assisting with diet Vital signs Compresses Preoperative and postoperative care Observing a patient's condition and reporting immediately any untoward signs, symptoms or unusual occurrences Maintaining current documentation of patient's status on treatment sheet and giving report to nurse Qualifications High school graduate Preferred to have previous experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Willis Knighton Health
