What you'll do: * Develop, test, and deploy advanced data science solutions using programming languages such as Python and SQL. * Analyze complex business problems to design effective, data-driven strategies aligned with organizational goals. * Identify and validate appropriate data sources, ensuring data quality and relevance for modeling efforts. * Lead the creation and evaluation of analytical models, applying machine learning and statistical techniques to generate actionable insights. * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data science initiatives. * Mentor team members on technical approaches, model development, and best practices. * Communicate findings through compelling data visualizations and presentations to influence decision-making.
