Our organization is in search of a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician to become part of our expanding team dedicated to delivering outstanding care in rehabilitation and long-term care environments. This is a remarkable opportunity for a physician who appreciates clinical independence, meaningful interactions with patients, and a highly cooperative care atmosphere.

In this position, you will offer comprehensive medical services at one or, at most, two premier long-term care facilities located in suburban Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with a committed Advanced Practice Clinician from our organization at each location, providing patient-focused care that enhances outcomes and improves the quality of life for older adults and post-acute patients.

Work Schedule & Call Details:

• Monday to Friday work schedule.

• No extended shifts.

• Flexible daily rounding.

• No in-house coverage for major holidays; holiday call is rotated by phone.

• Shared telephone call responsibilities within the Post-Acute Care team.

• Excellent work-life balance with predictable scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an MD, DO, or equivalent foreign degree.

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.

• Eligibility to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license.
