About the job Senior Designer Senior Designer Onsite Hicksville, NY area Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 We are actively seeking an exceptional Senior Designer to join a growing Experiential Design Agency. This is a highly conceptual role and involves crafting brand activations, in-venue experiences, permanent installations, and VIP journeys for globally recognized brands. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative and effective design solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our team of designers, copywriters, and account managers to develop and deliver high-quality creative work that meets the needs and objectives of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
• Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of projects, including print, digital, and social media
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet client objectives
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, helping them to grow and develop their skills
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively bring new ideas and techniques to the team
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions
• Ensure all work is completed within established timelines and budget constraints

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
