National Accounts Sales Representative

Reeb Millwork, and SBP Brand, is currently looking for a National Accounts Sales Representative to sell, promote, and provide information and assistance about products to national account retail dealers. Responsibilities include selling and promoting approved products to national account stores, establishing and building relationships with department associates and store managers, answering customers' questions about products, recommending products based on customers' needs and interests, contacting regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, estimating or quoting prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates, consulting with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support, assisting with drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs, providing customers with product samples and catalogs, identifying prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences, monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales, performing administrative duties such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports, obtaining credit information about prospective customers, forwarding orders to customer service for processing, planning, assembling, and stocking product displays in retail stores, or making recommendations to retailers regarding product displays, promotional programs, and advertising, negotiating with retail merchants to improve product exposure such as shelf positioning and advertising, and training customers' employees in product knowledge to assist them in selling the product.
