Role Overview Help individuals, families, and small businesses with auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance needs. Handle inbound leads and make proactive outbound contacts to understand needs, present options, and close sales. Work in a high‑energy office where your effort, attitude, and results drive your income and growth. What You'll Do Contact prospects and customers by phone, text, email, and in person. Listen, recommend tailored coverage, present quotes, and ask for the sale. Build lasting relationships through follow‑up, policy reviews, and great service. What We're Looking For Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations. Strong sales personality: competitive, persuasive, and goal‑oriented.
