Bookkeeper

Type of Position: Full time; Hours 8:00 AM -5:00 PM M-F; Occasional evening/weekend work may be required Some travel may be required General Summary This position requires a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail. Must not share any information regarding clients with anyone in family, friends, spouse, public, etc. Assist with the daily operations of the department and perform other duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must have excellent customer service, accuracy and problem-solving abilities Administration of debit cards and safe deposit boxes Accounts payable and supply ordering ACH and wire processing and proper maintenance of customer accounts Balancing internal accounts Process daily mail Administration of online banking A2A, P2P Coordinate and maintain written operational procedures and policies * Job descriptions and work assignments are subject to change as business needs and conditions require.
