Material Handler Shipping

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. We are seeking an experienced person to join our Shipping Team supporting the Syracuse New York facility. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through our facility. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient transport of goods from the warehouse to the customer while adhering to applicable laws and regulations. First Shift Hours Pay Rate Range from $18 to $25 per hour Responsibilities Coordinate Shipments: Arrange and oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and assist with cycle counts. Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and compliance. Communication: Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years in shipping coordination. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistics challenges. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in SAP is needed along with MS Office and shipping software (e.g., UPS, FedEx). Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
