What You’ ll Do: As an Experienced HVAC Technician, you’ ll be the go-to expert for installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems. You’ ll work directly with homeowners and businesses to keep their environments comfortable and energy-efficient — while representing the company’ s commitment to professionalism and outstanding service. Your Day-to-Day: Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance to maximize efficiency and lifespan Assemble, install, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration ducts Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions quickly and accurately Provide clear communication and upfront pricing to customers Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Follow safety standards and uphold company policies Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service What We’ re Looking For: Experience: Minimum 3+ years of verifiable HVAC experience Certification: HVAC technician license or certification preferred Driving: Valid driver’ s license with a clean driving record Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair ability across HVAC systems Professionalism: Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Physical Capability: Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and handle physical demands Availability: Flexible for occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts Perks & Pay: $20–$30 per hour + commission, depending on experience Company vehicle and gas card provided Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and vacation time Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Uniforms and laundry service provided Employee referral bonuses & incentive pay If you' re looking for a role that values your expertise, offers room to grow, and rewards dedication with better pay, this is the opportunity you' ve been waiting for.
