Duct Work: Assemble, install, service, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration ducts. Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure system longevity and performance. Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service, address client concerns, and exceed expectations. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work, materials used, and time spent on projects. Clean Work Environment: Keep work areas tidy and safe. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Experience: At least 2 years as an HVAC technician. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HVAC systems and repair techniques. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve issues. Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer interaction skills. Licensing: HVAC technician license or certification preferred. Manual Dexterity and Physical Stamina: Able to meet the job’s physical demands. Attention to Detail: Committed to high-quality workmanship. Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license is required.
