Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing support team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical operations and documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of communication and teamwork. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a solid technical foundation to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage assigned projects effectively, ensuring all work is completed according to strict schedules and deadlines.
• Technical Writing & Communication: Draft, review, and update technical documentation with high precision, collaborating across teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Leverage leadership and teamwork skills to drive project success and support manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• Education: B.S. or B.A. in Engineering, Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience (a combination of co-op/internship and real-world experience is acceptable).
• Skills: Strong technical writing skills; highly developed communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically within biologics, vaccine, or bulk sterile manufacturing facilities .
• Proven experience with Deviation Management Investigations , Change Control , and Root Cause Analysis .
• Ability to thrive and deliver under a quick pace and tight deadlines.
• Previous experience using SAP and/or Power BI is a strong plus.
