Lead Business Analyst - Michigan Location: Michigan (Local or relocate required) Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite Wednesday & Thursday) Duration: Long‑term contract Rate: $50-55 per hour. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering and business/technical analysis across multiple initiatives Facilitate design & discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements elicitation Perform business process modeling, gap analysis, and process optimization Translate business needs into functional & technical specifications Manage and maintain Agile user stories, backlogs, and documentation Support IT solution implementation for public‑facing systems Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and policy standards Provide technical communication to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on system integration, reporting, and data solutions Support development of SOWs, contracts, and work agreements Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of Business Analysis, Requirements Elicitation, Process Modeling 5+ years of Agile methodologies, User Stories, Backlog Management Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership and stakeholders Experience with business process reengineering and gap/fit analysis Strong experience supporting IT solution delivery and implementations Experience working with public sector systems or regulated environments Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Skills Experience with enterprise‑scale implementations Experience supporting state or federal regulatory programs Exposure to data warehousing, reporting, and analytics environments Experience creating RFPs and supporting procurement processes TeamSoft is proud to be an EEOE, M/F/D/V, and we are committed to diversity at all levels of the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
