We are offering a $6000 sign‑on bonus for anyone that is a certified CDJR Diesel Technician! The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Diesel Technician . This position will be located at Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication. Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform necessary repairs. Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals, including employees and customers. Stay abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate. Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur. Maintain an organized work area. Job Requirements Diesel Technician experience. Ase certification desirable. Excellent customer service. Strong communication skills. Valid driver’s license. Age 18+ to comply with company driving policy.
