2. An active real estate license
3. Proficiency in drafting purchase and listing agreements
4. Strong skills in property evaluations and pricing
5. Responsiveness and availability to meet client needs
6. Commitment to maintaining up-to-date systems and CRM tools, including Zillow integrations
