Urgently Hiring Production Associates – Sedalia, MOWork 4 Days a Week & Enjoy 3-Day Weekends!

Looking for steady work, great hours, and more time off? Join Stanley Black & Decker in Sedalia as a Production Associate and enjoy a Monday–Thursday schedule with Fridays off (except occasional overtime opportunities).

Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | Fridays off (overtime as needed)

1st Shift Available:

• 3:30 AM – 2:05 PM
• 4:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Assemble, stack, package, and move production materials
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production goals and overtime needs when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety guidelines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Manufacturing or hand tool experience is a plus, but not required
