As a Supervising Associate supporting communications for EY's Financial Services industry group, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality internal communications that support business priorities across this large practice. Working closely with senior team members and business stakeholders, you will help bring our communications strategies to life, supporting the development, coordination and execution of communications that drive clarity, alignment and engagement. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who is highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Your Key Responsibilities:Support the execution of internal communications across the Financial Services industry group, ensuring timely, high-quality deliveryDraft and edit communications, including leadership messages, announcements, newsletters, presentation materials, intranet content and internal news articlesHelp translate business priorities into clear, audience-friendly communicationsManage logistics and execution for key communications initiatives, including internal campaigns that involve leadership meetings, webcasts, videos and in-person eventsCoordinate communications plans and calendars, ensuring alignment across teams and prioritiesPartner with team members to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with broader firm prioritiesMaintain and organize communications assets and audience distribution lists, ensuring materials are easy to access and up to dateTrack deliverables and deadlines, helping ensure work is completed on time and to a high standardIncorporate feedback quickly and effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detailSkills and Attributes for Success:Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and conciselyHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProject management and organizational skillsCollaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility over timeGood judgment and professionalism when working with sensitive or high-visibility informationWhat We Offer You:At EY, we'll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $72,100 to $134,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $86,600 to $153,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
